You must notify pk3777 immediately if you have reason to believe your account credentials have been compromised, shared with or accessed by a third party without your authorisation, or if your registered mobile number or email address has been changed or is no longer under your control. pk3777 will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of unauthorised access to your account where pk3777 followed its standard authentication procedures in good faith. pk3777 may, at its discretion, suspend an account where suspicious login activity is detected pending verification with the account holder.

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting pk3777 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

All deposits to and withdrawals from pk3777 accounts are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk3777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited within 30 to 60 minutes following confirmation of cleared funds. pk3777 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your network operator or bank may apply transaction fees that are beyond pk3777's control.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed by pk3777's payments team within standard business hours and funds are typically credited to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet within ten (10) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) to two (2) business hours. pk3777 does not charge withdrawal fees.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same full legal name as the pk3777 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• pk3777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether the account has previously passed KYC.
• pk3777 may delay or decline withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, irregular, or prohibited activity on the account pending investigation.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Players should check their bonus status in the account dashboard before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account at pk3777, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information at any stage of registration or subsequent verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI systems, or any other non-human method to place bets, operate accounts, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of non-public information in relation to any sporting event covered by pk3777.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk3777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk3777 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any pk3777 software or game.
• Use the pk3777 name, logo, or brand in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pk3777 intellectual property will be treated as an infringement and may result in legal action. The licence granted under this clause terminates automatically upon closure of your pk3777 account for any reason.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of real money deposits you have made to your pk3777 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk3777 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable at the time the agreement was entered into:

• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;

In cases of account closure due to player-initiated request or standard inactivity (not involving fraud or Terms breach), any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of standard verification. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, pk3777 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account without payment to the player pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
